We have purchased on phase 3 and were due to complete at the end of January.  Our morgage company require a final construction certificate and a first occupation certificate.  Our solicitor has been in touch with Roda with regard to this and they have advised him that they should be in possession of same within the next few weeks.

The photographs just posted look good so looks like it has been worth the wait.
