I am an owner and I visited CDS in dec feb march and april and there was no wind onanyof the visits. the area does however fallinthe path of the 'Levente' and onoccasions it can be windy but it is all along the coast and inthe summer is fab .With out the wind you wouldnt be able to enjoy the weather it s blessing on hot days.

The security gates onPM4 will be controlled with electronic fobs. The gate company just put the key locks in until the fobs were ready .It is a big coordination project. There is a go live date of 1st july when the gates will be officically up an running and access will be controlled electronically by the fobs. The fobs will be ready for colleaction from the Amex offices mid June. If a fob is lost it can be deactivated centrally replacememnt fobs can be purchased if originals lost. Notifican isonthe official PM4 google web site ,in the notice boards onsite and onthe gates. Any queries please contact the ammex office

As far as I am aware there is no proposal to put fencing around \the PM1 community ( block1 & blocks 2).there are 4 individual communities on CDS and each has elected to put fencinbg up or not as the case may be.
