I am having trouble with Iberdrola. I never get bills in the post. I use my property 2 or 3 times a year. I do not rent my property out. However, I still get electric bills every month for around €27, which I think is steep for non use. I have been to the Iberdrola office to try and get my tariff sorted and my bills emailed to me. However, when I give my passport no. Name on the Electric account and the property address, they tell me that they have no details for this person or account. I mean they take the direct debit each month, but said there is no account for me. I don'y know how to sort this problem out, especially when Iberdrola are not prepared to help me out. Any suggestions??

No John it says on my SUMA BILL 24931,15. I presume that is 249, 31.15. Would this be correct. My property us selling now for 99,000 Seems a bit unfair with property valuations being so low.

Thank you Henryreed for your advice. Is that 200 euros per person or both. I have checked my last SUMA BILL. And the cadastral valor is 24931,15. Surely it can't be more than the purchase price I paid of 199,000. The property is now worth around 99,000. Any ideas please?

No Camposol, I actually didn't research. I guess I am just stupid and presumed community fees and IBI which I do pay every year, were the only taxes I would have to pay.

Thanks for the reply Johnzx. You say forget about this year as it is too late. So how do I pay these outstanding years? Do you know of any reputable companies to do my tax returns for me? Thanks.
