Hi all off Plan owners " Hollywood Hills". 

Promotors have been in breach of contract since april 2007for non completion of project.  Banks would not guarantee " bank guarantee"  I am building a database of owners that wish to sue the bank as we will win our claim and receive all funds back plus interest since building licence issue in approx 2004 at 6%.  Please contact me
