Thank you Joan for replying, unfortunately the developer whilst not declared bankrupt has run out of funds, therefore my solicitor has advise there is little point in pursuing through the Spanish courts for a refund of the deposit paid.

Hello and Buenos Dias  My  name is Ann Wragg and I purchased off plan 2 apartments at Vistalmar Duquesa Sur back in 2002, developed by Euroterra todate they are still not complete and  without the first occupation licence.

Does anyone know of anyway I can obtain my deposit back?
