Are you still looking for a property to rent?  We have a spacious 3 bed 3 bath new townhouse/villa which we are looking to rent out about 2 km beyond Villamartin off the road to San Miguel de Salinas. 

It is fully furnished, will sleep 8, has its own garden, secure communal pool, underground garage and store, H/C air cond. Satelite TV. large kitchen with lots of cupboard space, dishwasher, washing machine etc.  It is a quiet area, on a new development but only a few minutes drive to shops and bars/restaurants.

We have a spacious new villa, with H/C Air Con. English Satelite TV (30+ channels), fully equipped for 8, 1 dble and 4 sngl beds, plus double sofabed, to let until May/June 08.  Bedrooms all have double mirrored wardrobes and drawers.  It has its own private walled garden, with security gate; underground car park and storage; secure communal pool located on a new development in the countryside about 2 km from Villamartin Plaza and shops, where there are a wide variety of restaurants and bars.  It is a quiet location.

We are looking for 750E per month, incl bills.  Short lets also a possibility.
