Hi Rosetti, thanks for the info. I had a partial replacement due to a fall so no arthritis etc., in the bones and I am an elderly lady. Also the operation was in Spain so maybe they have different ideas here??

Hi, has anyone had a partial hip replacement at the Costa del Sol Hospital? I had one in September and all went well. I was told I would not need physio but I needed a walker and high loo seat. 4 months on I am still having difficulty walking - can manage with a walking stick for short distances but need my walker for things like supermarkets. Just been for a check-up and x-rays at the Hospital and all was well but I was told that I could never again sit on a low seat and always had use the high loo seat ???? People who have had hip replacements in the UK seem to be back to normal AND driving again after a short while - is this just a Spanish thing?

Is anyone having problems watching itvhub iplayer via Zenmate? I have been able to watch all on demand programmes via Zenmate but for a couple of months unable to get the itv programmes but all BBC and Channel 4 are ok. My Zenmate location says I am in the UK but I keep getting the following messages from  itv hub:

BACKEND NOT AVAILABLE
We're sorry
ITV Hub is only available to viewers in the UK. If you want to watch in Europe, you may be able to use our ITV Essentials service, which offers our top pick of shows in selected countries. If you're in the UK and still having problems, please contact itvhubhelp@itv.com   
I have mentioned this to Zenmate and they have checked at their end and found no problem watching itv and they are at a loss to understand the problem. 

Any advice would be welcome.

Hi, can anyone recommend a good Patio Pressure Cleaner -as we have lots tiling all around the house we need something to tackle the job quickly and efficiently. There seems to be plenty out there but better to buy one that 'has been tried and tested' rather than end up with a machine that finds its way into the garage and never used?? Thanks in advance.
