I requested a female when carrying out our inspection trip as in general they tend to have a different sales approach. Our rep was lovely, we told her what we wanted and she delivered, there was absolutely no pressure, even when we found what we wanted, we went and thought about it for a day. We even met up with the lady who booked the trip for us as she was in Spain when we bought. We have had a good experience so far.
Amba Sun are a midlands based company, who also run the Amba windows group. Some of the sales men (probably some ex Amba window sales) we saw at the hotel with other clients, made my husband and I laugh as it was pure hard sales - if we had been with one of them, we would have been on the first plane home. The information they were providing to their clients was unreal. Its a shame as with any business there is always good and bad.
We also used them to pay our money (first stage payment), as there offices are local to ourselves and all the information is documented and solictors are advised. We pay in British Pound having agreed the exchange rate and let them do their bulk transfers.
So far, so good!! I have heard of others who have not been so impressed but again a lot of that is to do with the sales reps, after all they are representing the company!!
