I agree with Bantam and Neutral. I am overlooking the pool between phase 3 and 4 with also 87m2 of terracing on the ground floor. When enquired last year there was not an apartment available on the ground floor with large terracing for sale left anywhere on Phase 4. Take my chance.

In fairness if you log onto Arenal Golf website things are moving very quickly in respect of the amount of works being completed and the amount of builders on site. This number seems to be increasing on a daily basis.

The Bantam AKA Ken and Jenny does a fantastic daily report of works being completed. I am the same as you guys being pessimistic about dates but after being there 2 weeks ago i can see light at the end of the tunnel.
