I've added the photos to this website so you can take a look yourself now.  It was my wife who went in so can't tell you exactly how big but you get an idea from the pictures and she did say its pretty much the same size as the supermarket was when it was still there.

I presume the changing rooms are included as these have been operational since the sports centre opened last year.

Just back from CDA and the new gym is now open.  Apparently it opened last week.

Further to previous posts, you can get a weekly membership which costs 20 euros which seems ok so means anyone out there for a holiday/renting can use the facility without having an annual membership.

Annual memberships are still available for people living on site.

I'll post some pictures tomorrow of the new facility.

Maybe instead of the Oasis we can have a China town?!

The impressions look good but if you study carefully it will only be a fifth of the size of Condado which just go to shows was a massive project ours is.  From a golfing perspective its disappointing they will spend all that money and only put a 9 hole golf course in.  A great 18 hole course would help to further put Murcia on the golfing map.

When I was out last june the sports area was jammed packed with loads of spanish people playing raquet ball all day and I'm sure it was only something like 2 or 3 euros for the court hire.  Originally it was all going to be free but this meant the community charges would be slightly higher so they agreed there would be a nominal charge.

Sounds like PW have again failed to deliver on their promise.  I'm not suprised no-one is using the facilities anymore.  I'm sure at La Torre and Mar Menor these facilties are either free or very cheap.

As for CDA being a 5 star resort, its gonna take at least another 5-10 years before it can be called anything like it.  Camposol has more facilities than us and thats a dump!

It could be worth everyone emailing their garden president to talk about this issue as they may have the power to overturn them.
