Hi all

 

I can confirm our Solicitor has contacted me today to confirm the Habitation Licence has been issued today, completion should be available by the 14th. If you have not done your snagging you have 15 days in Spainish Law to complete the snagging list, we have done this but must look again to see if they have been done to our satisfaction.

 

Great news we just wish we had not just come back from Egypt yesterday, as we thought the process of the Licence would go on and on into the summer. Never mind cap in hand to the boss for more time off.

We have also had word from our solicitor but not regarding the date for the habitation licence only dates for the snagging, although saying this she has confirmed that the habitation licence application was near completion last week. She has said these dates (snagging) are not set in stone if they are not suitable to you as individuals then other other more favourable dates can be made via your solicitor.

Thanks for responding so quickly. We have bought an appartment from phase two over looking the golf course in quite a central position. I believe the road to be the one on the golf course side of the complex from the road to the car underground car parking.

Can you confirm the AGM as the 22nd as we have not heard anything other than information from this site to which we have only just joined.

Our solicitor has said licences are likly to be granted in March due to a road that needs completing on the complex can you shead any light on this. Our intention is to be at the AGM work commitments permitting. Hope to see you there.
