Hi,

Trying to cash our one bank guarantee , visited solicitor and was informed that their was a problem with it.  The bank is refusing to pay up due to  the swift bank codes do not match from our contract to the bank guarantee!. Caja Madrid is the name on the bank guarantee. We now have to take the Bank to court to get our money bank and they will have to give us the interest from 2005.

Just wondering if any one else had the same problem.

Hi Folks,

 

Just returned from a weeks hols from Mojacar.  We vistied our new Solicitor that we changed over to last June, we were with Aldea!.

Anyway, our new solicitor informed us that Huma Indalo are having trouble getting the bank guarantees sorted with Santander Bank.  Huma Indalo informed our solicitor that this was causing the delay, but hopefully it will be resumed soon!.   Our solicitor dose not believe her.  We are having searches done on Huma Indalo to see what there financies and assets they may have.  I think as for Huma Med the cup is dry concerning them to make any claims.  All assets frozen or clients have embargos on what was available at the time.  Lets hope OCC has a restart date and thier maybe hope at the end of all this!!!

Yes, we are wondering the same about this Company, can not find anything out. Just what has been mentioned a few weeks ago on various forums. I mentioned this on the various forums and no reply from other people, this time around no one seems to be making any comments about Global Property Forum.  I feel personally they are not what they seem to be and we waiting to see our new solicitor at the end of this month when we go out to Spain.  We were with Aldea, but changes to these Solicitors a couple of months ago. Still don't have much faith in Solicitors these days either.

We have just received a phone call from Global forum again, concerning Aldea and asking for 200 Euros to start a claim against them. Will have to pay money straight away (200 Euros) or it will be late.  What do you think about this?  Has anyone else received a call today?
