My partner and I are planning to relocate from the UK to the area of Marbella and are looking to move into an apartment on 1st April 2008.
We have visited and viewed properties at the Mansion Club and a number in Puerto Romano.
The Mansion Club is our ideal choice but now unavailable.
With this date in mind we would be grateful if you could source any suitable properties that fulfil our requirments (detailed below).
We are looking for a long term rental for minimum of 12 months.
Ideal requirements:
- 2 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- modern / contempory design
- communal indoor & outdoor pools
- communal gym and sauna facilites
- store room
Our budget is ideally between 2000 - 2500 Euros. Our prefered location would be beachside within the Golden Mile (from Los Monteros to San Pedro) however we would consider hillside of the Golden Mile.
We are a young professional couple who do not smoke, have any children and no pets.
