i am looking at purchasing a property on this development and I have been told by the promotors that all licences etc. are in place for phase 2 obviously not the occupancy licence yet as they have not completed. However I have read a few disturbing reports on this forum saying they are having problems with Mena! Can anyone enlighten me on this?
