We used costa Calida Transport for our part load, they are local, just down the road in La Pinilla. They have a storage lockup and stored our belongings for free until we came out.

Try Leroy Merlin
A huge place, sell practically everything, they have got a sale on at the moment. They do a good range of blinds that fit the windows and easy to fit also. They currently have a sale on until i think next week

Yes, the pool is open and should remain open until the first week of September. I am not sure of the cost, but last year it was €4 for adults and €2 for children, although the very young were not charged.
