Hi there,
I'm an English teacher who wants to start a language school in the Seville area and would like some tips on where to start in my search for suitable commerical property. Does anyone know of any estate agents in Seville who are experienced in commercial property? Any websites or contacts would be most welcome!
Also, I'm wondering if it's viable to buy office premises and convert them into a school? I guess so as it's a common practice in several countries I've worked in. And maybe a crazy question, but does anyone know if it's possible to buy residential property, such as a villa, and convert it into a school?
If anyone has tried any of the above, any tips or suggestions would be great.
