Hi,

We have recently completed (after 4+ years !) on a "penthouse" in Block 286 - anyone else out there in the same Block ?

Having not purchaed in Spain before, happy to take any advice on offer for the initial set up of the apartment.

We need to organise a keyholder - any recommendations ?

I have got a couple of quotes for A/C so will arrange this shortly.

Seeing Paul at DFS for furniture / white goods / lighting

Looking at sorting out TV via Polaris (see other thread).

What else should I be looking at sorting out urgently .......
