Irish and living in Ireland but travel to Spain roughly once a month if work permits. I travelled to Spain in October and while in the queue for immigration in Malaga Airport a lady called out any EU passport holders, she brought us to the top and the passport control officer asked us to pull down or masks looked at the photo and waved us through. The passports were not scanned nor stamped. This isn't the first time we were waved through immigration. In the last 5 years none of our passports have been stamped, and that inculdes the UK due to the common travel agreement

You have so many questions, with little answers. I would  pick about 5 different locationsup and down Spain and rent for a few  months at each location. See whats important for you, what lifestyle you want and what keeps the hearth ticking. It should help make your search easier

I may be wrong but this is my understanding, the Spanish government has said it will be open to tourists on the 1st of July, but they have not said which countries they will be open to {new wording- Air Bridges}. The Uk is lagging far behind the rest of Europe in dealing with Covid19 and unless something changes I'd say you could be waiting a while longer

Our community fees are €2200 per year, when we purchased the property a few years ago, we decided to buy into this lifestyle and accepted the fees{like we had a choice}. But the main reason why the fees are so high, when the economy took a down turn, people stopped paying and the complex fell into disrepair. The community has worked hard to restore and improve the complex for all. The fact I can’t get to Spain hurts a lot, but this is life and but we met all our obligations without question.
