Yes it is believed that Sungolf/UNICO have our money & who has buisness interests in UNICO? Yes you guessed right the various directors of OVP.

The appointed liquidator is now fully aware of the situation as is companies house reference OVP liquidation & people being directly involved in other companies?

An MEP is aware of the situation & is going to persue the missing money in Spain?

A camera crew will also be turning up at various people's address in the near future?

There has also been a big response from people contacting Staffordshire Police so this issue is not going to go away.

The administrators are not pulling out because of pressure on this forum, they are pulling out because there is no chance of getting any money back from the two development companies in Spain? & perhaps because they do not want to get their hands dirty as well.

One question which I would like to ask Tricky Vick is that if Ocean View have not done anything wrong then why don't they send out  clear documention explaining where our monies have gone, what is the issue with the land ownership, has the developer ever applied for a building licence?

Why are you bothering to place anything on this Forum if you are convinced that you are going to get your money back? Seems like a big waste of time?

In my discussions with the Fraud Squad sometime ago they intimated that the norm for people like "these" is for them to recommend solicitors to recover the money, or transfer to another development etc

Guess who's getting even more commission?

Smoke & Mirrors only last for so long.

We need to pursue individuals within the company such as the contracts person I'm sure she won't want to get occused of being directly involved?

Plus we will need to start putting presure on Sungolf (RM) he will not be happy if his "friends & buissness associaties" discover that he is being dragged into this.

Does the King Of Morrocco know?

The people who placed £1,000 as a deposit for the Tafedna Bay Resort (with a moneyback option) who have now requested their money back I have not seen a bean?

They were told that they would recieve it all back plus 8% interest in January 09 by OVP sorry UNICO now?

If they have'nt paid £1,000 back what hope do we have in getting 70K, 100k back  NONE 

The only way forward is for everyone to make an official complaint to Staff's Police on : 0300 1234455

Once everyone has done this we can then arrange a meeting with only the people who have made an official complaint so we don't have some Tricky Vicky's turning up?

We can then discuss how best to get our monies back & disrupt ongoing promotions, advertisements for proposed developments.

WE HAVE ALL SEEN RECENTLY HOW PEOPLE ARE TREATED IF SUSPECTED OF FRAUDULANT ACTIVITIES, EVEN IF THEY ARE ABROAD SEIZING ASSETS, PRIVATE ONE'S TOO? 

SOMEBODY WILL BRAKE SOON & START TALKING BECAUSE THEY WILL HAVE A LOT TO LOOSE. THEY HAVE ALREADY STARTED TALKING?

 

                                                        

You will need to give them all your details, amount invested, address, telephone number etc. They will then give you a crime reference number and pass your details onto the Economic Crime unit who will in turn be passing these details to the Serious Fraud Office in London. With OVP now going into liquidation (not voluntary administration) and with the previous history of people going missing ? The Police will be forced to act sooner rather than later.
