We witnessed a similar problem.

We are in the flat above the President and when we used the shower it leaked into the Presidents flat.

 

On investigation it was a slight problem with the waste connection fitted loosley which mu Mother was able to fix in seconds. Hope this helps.

My wife recently broke her hip whilst holidaying at our appartment in Punta Prima Toorevieja. Basically she tripped on badly kept road crossing.

Is anybody aware of a no win no fee legal approach in Spain?
