Would it be fair to say the regulations are meaningless unless they are enforced? So people can buy and sell gas bottles at the car boot sale quite openly, and the official gas bottle man and the garage ask no questions or ever ask to see a contract or an up to date inspection saftey certificate. All a bit like the gun laws in the US, blind eye joke regulations.

Is anyone responsible for enforcing gas bottle regulations?

Bottled Gas in Spain: All You Need to Know just received this news letter from Abaco Advisers. Is it a spoof or a scam? I agree with all and any safety procedures, but the official Cepsa bottled gas man that comes round twice a week will sell bottled gas to anyone, no questions asked, no contract, no nothing. Have I moved to cowboy land? Are Spain laws, rules and regulations out of a joke book?

How would you go on with your insurance company if something went wrong?

What year 14^th October. No one I know has received anything yet from the government.
