More flights to Spain for those of us Oop North!!

The blue, white and yellow Irish airline is making Leeds Bradford a new base. New flights to Malaga and Murcia go on sale from tomorrow. This could be the kick up the backside Jet2 have needed to become a touch more competitive.

Flights to Spain are extremely cheap from California and New York. My family member just got one for 460RT.

I saw the same on Calendar re. new destinations from Leeds with Ryanair but checked website and Leeds airport still not featured so not sure how you can buy the flights. Any ideas anyone?

Just checked LBA to Murcia and nothing showing until 27th March 2010 with flights costing £4.99. They will have to register the routes and get the aircraft to Leeds which all takes time, so I don't imagine any of them will be available before the end of the year.
