I have a client looking for a one bed apartment in the Duquesa / Manilva area.  Budget is 400 euros, he is working in Gibraltar.  As I don´t have any one bed apartments on my books I thought I would put it out there and anyone interested in this can contact me.

Barringtons appear to have one at that price, not sure if it's vacant though.
