Estepona Carnival 20th Feb

Hi does anyone know what this carnival is about and what is happening/times etc? I have searched the web but can only find sites in Spanish and my Spanish is okay,but not good enough to read it all too well.

You have almost certainly checked this out already but the only additional suggestion I could make would be to pay the tourist office a visit.

There is supposed to be info on this site but there are no details.
