help wanted to rent out our apartment in Arenal Golf

We have 2 apartments in Arenal Golf, phase 2 - one we use and the other we wanted to rent out, preferably on a long term let.
This is a beautifully furnished 2-bed 1-bath apartment in block 4 (opposite the schools).
We have not had as much time to devote to renting it out over the past year as we would have liked, but we have taken all the steps we thought would get results:
- It's on Arenal Golf''s Friends and Family Letting Service
- It's with Holiday Rentals site for short-term letting
- It's with an agent in Aroyo who seem to be the ones with most going on, but even they just seem to sit there waiting for clients to come through the door!
Would anybody be willing to offer any suggestions or share ideas? Obviously we are happy to pay the usual commmision charges etc... We are out here till 6th Jan if you want to chat: +44 7801 802 571

Have you listed it for rent on EOS?.

How much are you renting it out for as my son maybe interested, he is in mine at the minute with his wife as they just moved to Spain on Saturday and we have let them have ours for two months until they look around and see what they want.

Is it Arenal in Duquesa.
