Hi, We have an apartment in Playa Golf II  and have been very disappointed with the ongoing incompetent management of our property by a property company...... no name mentioned!!  They have been slow with services, seldom  respond to emails or letters, and have not delivered with regard to holiday rentals etc....

Our contract with them, I am delighted to say, is coming to an end soon and we now have the daunting task of finding somebody we can rely on to manage our property.  Any suggestions please?  Also, how much can we expect to pay per month or anually for this service as we now live in fear of being ripped off!  What can we expect in terms of service for the price we pay?

Thank you.

Hi Mrs Clooney.

My name is Chris.

My partner Natasha & I have recently moved to PlayaGolf and are launching a property management service.

I can assure u that we have heard of many people that have had the same experience as yourself.

Please may I send u information?

We will be very hands on and are also seriously looking at the security issues for our clients.

We have launched a tourist site to promote the area, with a view to improving the bookings issue: playagolfresorts co uk

Hi Mrs Clooney,

We have also an aparment in Playa Golf II, what they call the R1. I have been using the Sunshine Holidays rentals, almost for a year. I think we paid €100... No bookings at all, so I would not recommend it.  I have also a key holder who lives around and does the cleaning, he charges €60 per year. All the rest of the services I have them with direct debit, so the only problem is to transfer money to my spanish account on time.

Please tell us what is the name of the company as I am planning to use now Resorrt Properties en la Zenia, but pretty much I have the impesion they only want your cash and do nothing...

In Costa del Sol, they charge you 20% of the rent each month or take the first month, but no rentals no cash taken. A lot fairer than in Alicante...

Cheers,

Oscar
