hi i am shani me and my husband bought last july we should be signing soon we bought a 3 bed quarter we hope to make some new friends is there anything anyone can advise us with before we sign it hasnt been plain saleing we are driving i furniture down that should be fun what should we no we read some of your letter is there many break in we wont be living there yet This message was last edited by shanivine on 8/9/2008.

As Pat said we need to know where you're buying in order to help you as Spain's quite a large area. 
There could well be an owners forum on EOS that we could point you to, as well, so tell us the name of your development.

Try joining your owners forum Hacienda San Cayetano (click blue link & follow instructions) & get chatting in there for more localised things & ask away in here if you cannot get answers to already asked questions either in the owners forum or in this general forum. There's threads on moving, banking, driving down, security, all sorts here. The search facility is basic but helpful. Good luck.
