Some time ago I tried selling my property on this great site, and as I type its still on the market. I will probably end up keeping it as I have so far had no luck what so ever.
Even the 30,000 euro reduction did not make any difference, so I think my fate for the time being at least is sealed.
Talking of fate I thought I would tempt it by just asking these questions….
If you are looking to buy a property then look at mine because it would come with a minimum 3 year long term rental contract that’s payable in advance.
Yes that’s what I said 3 years rental paid up in advance until 2010.
This advanced payment could be utilized in many ways not to mention the mortgage repayments.
It’s just a thought before I give up on the idea of selling it.
It’s a genuine offer and I need to see if I can indeed sell it before I make the decision to let it out myself on a long term let.
