Mortgage

Anybody got any ideas on a good bank to get a mortgage from at the moment.

The ones I have been quoted for all want costly life insurance policies to be taken out and charge an awful lot in fees.

I only want a 50% mortgage on a E62,500 property and my income is more than enough, just looking for a fair deal which doesn't involve me paying for things I don't need.
