Thinking of moving to Villa Martin

Good morning

I would like to introduce myself and my partner Stephen.

My partner and I are considering buying a property in Villa Martin and moving to Spain spending half the time in Spain and the other half in the UK, we are looking at properties and wondering what we should be making as a rweasonable offer to buy the property we like, can anyone who has recently bought or any advice would be appreciated, as it is completely new for Stephen and I and we would like to make as few mistakes as possible.

We came over December just gone and decided we would love to live in the Verdemar area, we don't play golf but like the style and the area, the white washed properties and the greenery.

We would love to hear from any Brits who settled there, to help us before we decide to settle into the community.

Do you mean like this one,if so i get quite a few for sale down there.

It is quite unique for the area with the pretty gardens and ornate pools,i especially like the stream that runs through the urbanisation.

Yes exactly like this one they are called Lola Bungalows this is the style and urbanisation we like.
