Developers from Spain selling in Brazil

Hello, I have a friend who lives in Seville.   She will be moving to Natal, Brazil within the next year and is looking for a new apartment.  I heard that there are some Spanish developers who are working on big projects in Brazil and specifically in Natal.   There is one apartment building going up right now in Natal.    It's called Cosmopolitan.  My friend  read a description of this building and saw a few photos of what it will look like when it is completed.  It's really quite a stunning strructure right in the center of Natal.   She would prefer to deal with a developer or agent in her own country of Spain to inquire about the possiblity of buying an apartment in the Cosmopolitan building.  She feels more comfortable doing this rather than engaging in a long-distance transaction with someone in Brazil.  

I'm trying to help her out by getting a list of developers or agents in Spain who are selling apartments in the Cosmopolitan building.

Can anyone help out with this information?

Mary, to be honest, even if it is a Spanish developer in Brazil they will have set up a Brazilian company for their activities in that country, meaning that the Spanish company isn't affected by whatever happens there.

And, errrm, Spanish developers don't have a great reputation anyway
