hi all once again can i  give you some information about mr thoomy he now has the company called amber pools  some of us recall the last company he traded under amber pools cb .this is the 3rd time he has changed the company name and each time he does he leaves people who he either owes money to or has guarentees that he no longer honours..if by any chance he calls and you do employ his company please remember to get everything in writing no mater how trivial you think it is also make sure that he writes all the things that he says he will do on a proper contract one that has spanish and the lanquidge you are .when you pay him any money if he says cheques to be no more than 3000 euros make sure you enter his name on the cheque and photo copy it.also make sure he gives you a invoice recipt with his name nie number and cif number as well as your name and nie number..at the moment i am in the process of trying to do something about him but he is very slippy and calculated ...but i will keep on trying until he pays me what he owes me...dennis

hi all sorry to be a burden to you all but this man is very good at what he does ..he will con anyone out of heir cash .he even will have the brass neck to blame anyone else for what he does.again all i can say to anyone who feels the need to use the lowest of the low to make sure he puts everything on paper and make sure he gives you both a proper contract and invoice for any money paid .if you give him a cheque make sure you put his name on it or you will find that he has used other peoples names to cash the cheque...dennis

hi samcampbell  this person is based at camposol near mazarron...i am not the only one he has conned and im sure i wont be the last.but hopefully by keeping this thread on view i might just keep quite a lot of dissapointed people in the future...believe me he is a con man he will promise everything and he may deliver some but will leave most disapointed.he does not give a legal contract and will not give a invoice recept for any money paid also if paying him by cheque he will not accept any for over 3,000 euros as banks do not have to pass information on to the tax office so as you can see he probably is not paying iva after charging you it...hope this helps and i hope you talk to others so he cant continue this sort of deception...................dennis

hi everyone just a quick update...as yet nobody on sierra golf has a pool licence it appears that steve toomey cant fiddle the licence office..on sierra golf we have around 16 pools done by him and looks like 16 without a licence....as yet the only information we can get is that as the main contractor he didnt keep a check on where the earth was going to after the excavation just another reason why you should keep away from this dodgy dealer...............dennis

hi all again i have to let you all know what has happened these last couple of days...steve thoomy and his little helper came to sierra golf and tried to intimidate me ,he says someone will come in the early hours of the morning and see to me..i still maintain he is a crook i have paid him over 38,000 euros to do all my work and include all licences and thats why we have a problem .until he pays me the money back for my licence that he has then i will continue to pass on everything i can about him and his company ..so again please dont be taken in by him or his company because it will end in him robbing you as well........dennis
