This is a message for all residents of block 1(the one with the super value supermarket under it). At 10.00 am on Tuesday the 8th of April 2008 there was a residents meeting with the administrator of our block . At this meeting I was voted in as the president of block 1. My wife and I have apartment 2C in the 4a area of block 1. For those who have not been out yet block 1 is split into two areas 4a and 4b.
For every bodies information I and the deputy presdent (Brian from 2F block area 4A) have completed a community area snag of the whole block and will be seeing the administrator next week regarding what I have found and requesting that it is put right ASAP by the builder.
I thought it prudent to inform everybody who has bought an apartment in this block to be aware of what has been going on . At the meeting we agreed to what our community should pay to the maintainance of the block.
As stated I will be speaking to the administrator next week and will have a complete break down of the costs . When I´m back in the UK I will e-mail every body in the community with this break down.
I will however need those of you who have not already given me your contact details to send me a message with your apartment and contact details in order for me to communicate regarding whats going on etc.
I will try and do my best for our community but I will need everybody to help me to achieve this. If you havent moved into your apartment and you want any advice please contact me and I will try and assist you in any way I can.
