Hi
Are people aware that the presidents of the communities of Senoria de Roda have set up a new community forum website?
I know there are quite a few members on it now, but there must be many more of you who have yet to join.
You have to register with your surname as part of the username, that must be to check that only residents are using the space.
It would be good to get more people on the forum, there will be things that we wish to discuss there that would not be as safe on eye on spain now, as anyone can register to view any forum on here.

Don't know if it matters or not bu the forums lettering is all in lower case : sdrcommunityforum.com
people are obviously not registering with their surnames as yesterday there were 73 registered members and today there are 58, which is usually an indication that the administrator has removed all names that cannot be reconciled by surname to owners on SDR - we only know this as our first two attempts to register allowed us usage for a couple of days and then we found that we could no longer login - that is when we understood what is meant in the welcome thread about using surnames!! calll us a bit slow - but we caught on eventually.
It is a great way to keep in touch with the various communities within SDR and the more people that register the better the communication will be.

I own a townhouse on P5 and joined the community forum without realising that it is only for owners on P1,2, and 3 (which I can't understand). Anyway, would other owners on the other phases be interested in starting a forum? Seems like a good way to keep in touch...

hello
last year their was people useing this forum every day and i found it very useful i have a property on calle barroco and i thought that the other forum was for all residents on sdr not just for the appartment residents if this is true i will stop useing it .this forum is very good and would be better if all residents of sdr put imput into it.anywey i would be happy to talk to anyone on sdr about anything

Hi Andy & Barry,
from what I gather about the other forum we are using, the President of the apartment's awaiting payment from other Communities ie the houses for shared costs to maintain it, once payment's made I'm sure he will be allowing access to all owners at Senorio De Roda - think it's just temporary.
