we were approached by rentals by a couple of companies and visited a couple last summer. Difficult for them to agree on set price as such a new development with build on. They told us they probably fill high season but will take year or two for rentals to build up on the development as so knew. However, they told us the prices they would be marketing at once phase 1 is completed were 13weeks a year at high season (jul aug, christmas, easter) 700-750 euros per week. We paid 550 euros per week in june which is mid season and have just paid 470 euros for lowest season last week. They said around that price. Thats a Rough idea of what rental companies charge for equivalent.

Long term was estimated at anything between 500 and 750 euros per month. thats usual apparently and we've looked. seem to all be within this margin depending on standard of property. Ours is marketed as luxury apt due to standard of finish
