Its difficult to tell how much the service charge will be as it is based on the size of the property. But certainly there should be some historical data on the exact style you are after on La Torre at least.
Speak to your agent or Polaris and ask - if not contact an agent friend of mine and ask him - he wont hassle you but may well have the answer or find it for you. He's a good guy. john@veritashomes.co.uk
I have been led to believe that the smaller 2 bed apartments in future phases will have a service charge of between 70 - 90 euros per month but cannot get anyone to guarantee this for future completions (fair enough).
