I was in Mojacar last week and noticed that the golf course will be a par 67. Can anyone confirm this and also when it will open

My understanding is that it is a par 67.

Does any one know if the beach will be regenerated?

Initially Med said so but now appear vague saying it is Mojacar town council and/or local government responsibility.

I love the development and mojacar but feel that the beach is of very poor quality.

Anyone know the actual position.

ps mine wont be ready until april 2009 but i am happy to wait as more amenities will  be complete by then.

I visited the site last week and have been told that there are two holes still to be completed. They have started on the last but one and tell me that the golf course should open in the summer of 2008. The first detached show villa is looking fabulous and should be ready by the end of October. They are installing the swimming pool at the moment. The whole site is coming together nicely and should be a very special resort when it's finished.
