How did we find it?

I suppose that that is a very topical question, now that were're nearly there.

I remember reading the Mercers advert. in the telegraph, one sunday in April 2004. I was looking around, at the time, and this 'Residential Sierra Golf' advert. looked great. What was it? Oh, yes, 'Costa Calida Investment of the Year'. I've even still got the first write-up or brochure as they called it (looks more like a write-up), showing the advertised prices. At that time, the Albatros was 140,000 euro starting price, which, based on the current price of 186,000 euro,  has proved to be a reasonable investment.

We put our deposit down in May 2005, with a completion date of Sept. 2005 - hell, that seems like years ago. Never mind, we're almost there, as the song goes!!
