This may be usefull to some owners.
Ever since I completed back in Aug 2006 I have had the up hill battle of trying to get my appartment up and running. A situation that I am sure you are all familar with. The kitchen situation has been the biggest problem. I have since been very fortunate to find a rental / management agent who has had my best interests at heart. Not only did they find me long term tennants for 11 mnts but they organised the kitchen to be redone and the door locks to be changed and the appartment to be cleaned before the tennants moved in. The service was outstanding and I would strongly reccomend them to anyone who is considering letting their appartment on a long term let or indeed to anyone who may just want their appartment managed so it is ready for when you go out to Spain. They are keen to take on more of the Manilva beach properties if owners are interested and they have good demand for rentals.
