HELP....Advice on TDLT

Hi All,

This is my first post so hello to all....

I'm considering purchasing a property with PW on the TDLT resort but since I'm new to this whole thing I'm looking for some opinions & to tap into the welath of knowledge on this forum!! I've a few questions I hoping you can help me with......

1.) Should I purchase direct from PW or through an agent? IF agent, can any be recommended?

2.) I've noticed talk of cashback offer ranging from 1%-5%, are these still available and if so is it only on selected properties?

3.) I'm thinking of the Penthouse apartment as it seems very good value at 138k EUR. Any thoughts on this choice?

4.) I need to rent out the property to make it a viable investment, does anyone have info on rental income?

5.) Med/long term capital growth....any opinions?

Hi Ray, if it were me I would go ahead, I have recently cancelled on TDLT for mutual reasons with PW, I do own on LTGR though and now have 35 weeks booked this year, you get from rentals what you put into it, we love the place.
