Need a place to stay

Hi we are a mature couple (52 and 47 with no children) looking for a place to stay for a few days at the end of Sept and again from Tues 19 Dec to Wed 26th Dec.

We are looking at areas/property in the area and want to visit this development again ( found it on our last day when we vivsited it in June) as it is a very strong contender at the moment. Are there any houses for rent or where do you all stay when you visit your properties while they are being bulit? 

Does anyone know how many Brits acrtually live full time on the Taray development.

Would anyone who does live there permanantly be willing to meet up with us for a coffee/chat as I have SO many questions I would be on this chat site all day if I had the time!!!

What's the weather like at Xmas and does everything grind to a halt or not? Hope not don't fancy cooking Xmas dinner this year- that was one of the points about going at that time!!!

I hope I get lots of replies and ideas of where to stay

i have a lot of contacts in Los Alcazares for places to stay, i have friends with a B&B there which would be perfect for a few nights and i also know of apartments that would be ideal fo0r longer visits

i live on site and although not a "brit" i often get mistaken for one,
