Sharp fall in house sales to foreign purchasers on the Costa del Sol

A silly question for people at Playa Golf: what would you say is a good price for a complete furniture package, i.e. from cutlery to beds etc.

We are looking to pay in the region of 7,000€ to 8,000€ for a complete package for a two bedroom two bathroom property. Not posh but practical for rental use.

Must say thanks to you both for all the info you are putting on the site - from banking info to window locks, and possible furniture prices.  Much appreciated by 2 who are so looking forward to early retirement at Playa Golf June 2009 !!  We hope to be over soon to complete on our purchase and browse the furniture stores, etc. etc.

While looking around in at various furniture companies doing our own research we came across www.furnitureexpressspain.com whose prices seem really good.  Even though they are in Estepona they already deliver to Murcia.  They are worth checking out, even comparing their prices.  They said there is no extra charge for delivery to Murcia.  Everything is installed including lights etc, they even allow you to mix and match.

Don't want to be seen as promoting a company as per this web site, but we were very impressed and they were very open about their prices.
