Hi,

I'd appreciate any feedback - I'm thinking of buying on this development.

Does anyone know if the development will be gated, or indeed how much the community charges are likely to be?

Is the pool communal or municipal - and what about the charges for this?

Has the land registry been granted yet?

Many thanks

Karen

Hi Karen

I think SG is a beautiful place to buy very close to mar menor which is gorgeous.

I no the hotel will have a pool which we can use for a small fee of about 2 euros ive been told but the builders have asked for permission to put 5 pools in the green areas around the site for us. i dont no what costs are yearly but i think this would be a very good investment.

You have the option to put a splash pool in your own garden after you complete which would do nicely.

Im realy excied and looked around a few places and not only thought this was best value money wise ithought the whole area was lovely.

sorry icant be ofmore help but although completion doesseem to bedraggingonabit i donthaveany regrets

Hi Karen

When I spoke to my agent they said the site would not be gated, but things do change and it would be nice if the site was gated.

What type of property are you looking to buy because the Albatros and Open's will be changing for the better on the next phase. The Albatros will have the kitchen going right across to the bedroom wall and the Opens will have a basement.

If you choose to have a property with a basement and intend to convert it you may want to do what i have had done to save alot of time and mess, i have had the builders put an extra door in the entrance to the basement (opposite the original door) and hot and cold water supply put in two areas ( one below the kitchen and one below the bathroom) these will feed my ensuites. The plan two bed ensuites. The rest of the work i will do myself such as stud walls to divide bathrooms from bedrooms tiling  etc.

I think the land registry is going through now.

Regards
