Hi im john and have invested in Aldea Beach II since 2004. I have just been told by Mark Cordner of World Property Group, formerly ROYAL MARBELLA GROUP UK, that Aldea Beach has been cancelled and now will not be built. I have also spoken to Barry Gorst of Golden mile, who also informs me of the same, as the original licence was granted 15years ago and elapsed before the mare approved it. I have tried to ring Micheal Hone both in the Uk and Spain, but he does not answer the phone, are any investors forming an action group to return our investments. JH

yes we should now take matters in hand we also invested ? in this development thro mark cordner, we need to take legal advice about this to get at least our initial investment back , i have also tried some time ago to contact m hone but like you no response

Hi Brian I have spoken with the offices of Royal Group in Marbella, and have been informed that they are no longer there, but Duja the buiders and former partners now have this office, they have also told me that Michael Hone senior is in negotiation with the bank, for the return of deposits, but they have no connection with him any more, and that several people have already begun legal action, she did not tell me who! Also young Michael is believed to be in Spain and should be offering an alternative property that is finished or for investment, he however does not answer his phone, but I am informed will be back in the UK Monday. The key to all investors is Mark Cordner, who I know quite well, but is proving unhelpful. I suggest you call him, and ask for the names of all the investors to form a Tort for suing, Michale Hone, who the contract was purchased from. I have also informed my Spanish Solicitor Maribel Delgardo, but as yet I have had no reply, the original Spanish Solicitor SLS, she is no longer in business.
