Hi all,

We seem to be having some problems with the electricity in the complex. 

During Easter, if we tried to use the cooker in our apartment, the electricity for the whole site went down.  Has anyone else experianced this problem?

Question is, is it a cooker problem or is it because the site is still on the builders supply? Any thoughts?

We were there at Easter & noted the electricity problem. There was no problem with our cooker. We assumed the problem was because we are still on the builders supply. If you looked at the supply box, the wiring was pretty fragile. Hopefully it has now been sorted. Since the owners of the final block were looking to complete around now I would assume the builder will want to transfer to normal supplies very soon. Perhaps there will be clarification at the community meeting.

Gina's husband has been out this weekend, maybe he will be able to let you know if there are still problems.

Hi All

The electricity went off a couple of times when we were over. Our next door neighbour was great, he would go down to mains box just outside the main gate and flick the switch. When Ger was over on weekend didn't have any problems, think it was probably because not as many people there using electric as there was at easter (we had to put our heating on a couple of nights). Shelley is happy to be our representative so that will be good. Gary, get your cooker checked as we had problems with two of our lights not working and electrician sorted it out.

Has anyone had any info on ceing connected to electricity and water supply?  have received my escitura but presume that we are stillwaiting for habitation licence? Is everyone still on builders supply or has anyone received any notification on private supply yet?
