Information please

hi everyone, I have spotted a 2 bed 1 bath property on a website on the Torre-Pacheco La Terrazas .

it also says it's a bank repo and there are over 400 for sale, all new ones.

i also read that the golf course is shut ( don't play), 

we are looking for somewhere to holiday quite a few times a year and would like help.

there is no substitute for honesty and would like individuals experiences, including community fees etc and how they think it will continue

As newworld posted, bank reposession properties on las terrazas start from

• €40,500 for a 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment
• €47,600 for a 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment
• €77,500 for a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment

Prices will vary due to location, aspect, size etc. For example, you will pay more for a south facing 2 bedroom apartment adjacent to the pool with additional terrace space than you will for an East facing apartment a couple hundred netres from the nearest pool. With respect to your question on community fees, every block is slightly different as individual blocks choose what services they have e.g. frequency of cleaning. My fees for 2017 for a two bedroom apartment are €1.234,58. I would guess that fees will generally range from roughly €1,000 to €1,500 per annum depending on location, size of apartment and state of the individual block's finances.
