Hi Graham,

Yes, they look nice. Do you know how many apartments there are?

I also wondered when they were completed and who is the developer?

Regards,

Not sure how many apartments to a block as some are advertised as 2 / 3 /and 4 bed apartments so asume the larger apartments have had the orginal build  2 bed apartments knocked into one as for the developer probably a combination of bank and a Agent I think there called Solvia (there name is on the advertising hoarding on the resort)

Vip Supporter

These are nothing to do with Solvia but new build apartments, readily available from hundreds of agents, via the developer who are The Sun Penninsular, the old Polaris

Please PM me if you would like availabilty or prices

Hi delandmax,

How are you enjoying your new property on Las Terrazas? We are out now and the weather is great, gardens are looking fantastic and pools in great condition and warm :) What more do you need?

According to the latest from Resortalia, Blocks 271-274 are owned by Sirius Assets Plc who are a subsidiary of Polaris World.

Block 271 was completed as a standard 16 x 2 bed apartment penthouse style. The majority have been sold.

Blocks 272-274 are the new blue and white style with glass fronted balconies. As Graham has stated, they are being marketed as 2, 3 and 4 bed apartments. I assume some modifications are being made on the original layouts and plans so this will mean less than 16 apartments per block depending on configuration. Perhaps not for apartments on block 272, which is now nearing completion and being marketed as Marbella style 2 bed apartments. The 3 and 4 bed apartments are maybe speculation for blocks 273 and 274 to gauge interest and build accordingly?

Whatever way, I view it as good news for Las Terrazas. There is clearly interest in the new properties and the more that are completed and sold, the more community fees are being paid and also the more attractive investment opportunities are for property developers.

Personally, I just want to see the cranes gone and the apartments completed. It has been interesting watching over the last couple of years but it will be good to have a vista with those three blocks completed and the two remaining cranes moved on.

I was chatting to owners on Phase 1 who have been here for eight years and they have said that this summer is the busiest they have ever seen it. As a newbie of two years I certainly can see also see an increase in activity. Our block is now at over 50% private ownership.

Things are definitely looking up at Las Terrazas :)

Apartment blocks after Phase 1 are 32 apartments per block not 16.

My understanding is that block 272 will have 30 apartments, although the block is the same size as  the rest of phase 2 blocks, there are  two 3 bed and one 4 bed apartment in the block , hence the reduced  number of apartments. Would be very interested to make contact with any potential owners in 272,  Benefit from the experiences of 271, please send me a PM

Henry

You are of course correct KJL. 32 apartments. I was thinking from the layout being sort of 16 apartments 4x4 in joined blocks. My bad.

Thank you for the information everyone, much appreciated.

Can anyone tell me how many more, if any, shells there are still remaining on the site that are or will be worked on. Also any further block builds on the horizon?

Many thanks.

Regards,

Hi,

There are only  four block to be finished two on phase two, and two on las Ilas.

One of the block on phase two has already been started.

Only four cranes left.

Regards
