i have been considering which way to give with reference to recovery of 50% depost paid 10 years ago
i asked local Solicitor to provide me with costings which added up to half the deposit about £33000.
so then i thought how about a settlement price to buy the property completely since the property is only valued at £77000 ref. Groupo Platnum
i put it to local solicitor wo said they didnt understand what i was talking about .
It meant would have paid another £15000 to the builder and then would own the property
any ideas, has anyone tried this
