Looking to buy - Community fees?

Hi .

We are looking at purchasing at Condado after holidaying here a few times now.

Can anyone advise on current community fees, as we have been getting mixed figures from agents.

Make sure you do thorough research prior to purchase on any debts that may be owed to the Community, especially if Banks have repossesed properties.

Jardins and Naranjos vary, we are in N5 and downstairs in €302 a month and upstairs €245 a month, approx....Community fees are based on area your property is on.  So penthouses have 4 levels so theirs  are cheaper.  Janas Villas are very expensive as bungalows, La Isla are more expensive than Penthouses as own security...hope this helps...where are you looking at??

Think fees quoted below are per quarter not month.

2littletinkers are those figures quarterly and not monthly?

We have been looking at all options. Would prefer 3 bed downstairs on condado, but also looking at the Apartments over the road on Isla . I assume as the Narranjo are newer the fees are less?

It is the m2 your property occupies & then calculated out using a formula, but the prices quoted by 2littletinkers are quarterly & approx. On top you have about 38€ painting fees/qtr plus assuming you are UK based you will need to get used to electricity standing charges of about 50 or 60€ bi-monthly even though you may not be using any electricity if empty say!

Depends on whether you have kids or looking to rent out with families in mind really? Personally 3 beds are better, La Isla is more for non-kids occupiers but kids are over there (as not much outside space for them - like the jardins/naranjos areas). Think all 3 bed new ones are now sold so would be a resale - use Andy @ Condado Invest - do not use any others based on site as useless springs to mind

Fees for 2 bed top floor on La Isla 338.71 euro per quarter plus the painting fund fee. Fees for 2bed ground floor, 3 bed and 2bed ends with extra side terrace/patio are more expensive.
