Manilva Beach Phase 3

I have just joined the forum and we purchased a property on phase 3.I have had repeated conversations with OVP about the development and we have decided not too proceed with the completion. According to the contract we are entitled to 50% of the deposit back. I have been trying to recover all of our money. The spanish lawyer we hired has run out of steam. has anyone else tried to recover their money?If you have I would welcome an e-mail from you and if you know of a good lawyer i would welcome an e-mail address, fax or telephone number.

I think you will find that they will only refund 50% on 'completion' of the site and as a lot of people are not going to complete this may take a very long time.... push OVP for an answer as to the meaning of 'completion' before you make the decision to lose so much money to those sharks!

Have you seen the Estepona Beach and Country Club thread? I am trying to get everyone to focus on one thread so that there is not the feeling of being the 'only one'
